  • ASTM D2000: The American Society for Testing and Materials produced the ASTM D2000 standard, which is used for the categorization and specification of rubber goods. It specifies the physical qualities, chemical properties, and dimensional requirements of several rubber materials, as well as the test procedures for each.
  • ISO 3601: The International Organization for Standardization created the ISO 3601 standard for the dimensions and tolerances of rubber seals. This standard specifies the size series and tolerance ranges of several types of seals in order to assure seal fit and interchangeability with equipment.
  • AS568: The American Standards Institute produced the AS568 standard for the dimensions and tolerances of rubber O-rings. To address the demands of diverse applications, the standard defines multiple sizes of O-rings, including inner diameter, cross-sectional diameter, and thickness.
